Comprehensive tool, slight learning curve

The initial setup took a bit of time to get used to, especially mapping our existing controls, but the automated workflows for evidence collection really helped once it was configured. Overall, it's a robust tool, and the Compliance Monitoring Dashboard gives a clear overview.

Implementation took a bit longer than I expected, maybe because of our internal processes, but the platform itself is quite capable. The automated features saved us a lot of manual work. I did have to reach out to support a couple of times for minor issues, and they were helpful, though sometimes it took a day to get a full resolution. It's a strong product, but I think the initial onboarding could be a bit more streamlined for new users.

Good value for SOC 2
